Day 1
Scoot to Incheon international airport, transit via Taipei
Transit at Taipei , waiting to broad the plane to Incheon.

 Ready to take off!
 I was so hungry so I decided to order plane food. It turns out to be good. I guess they really improve so much on this.

 Reached Incheon about 10pm plus after check out and everything. it was already 11 plus pm. I took the airport Metro (all stop train) 43min to Seoul station.

 Reached! Ready to transfer to line 2 to Dongdaemun History and Culture Park (the 4th stop from Seoul station). I'm lucky I still able to catch the last train.

 After everything, the I'm lost part because I came out on exit 8 but not 7 so I don't have the directions to the apartment. so I start asking people. I'm lucky that there is a couple who is so kind and guide me to my apartment. Time check 2.45pm(Korea time) I finally reached my apartment.

While waiting for my sister and in-law to arrive, I went out to do some exploring.

Went all the way to Hapjeong to explore. And of course the YG ENTERTIANMENT BUILDING!

I can't believe I'm able to find this place with the directions I found online. thumbs up!
I spent about 2 hour plus there.. hoping that I could meet someone but sadly I saw was only the staffs but still I'm happy to take selfie with the building!

Walked down along the street to explore, nothing much to see but a café haha and some houses. looks like hostels for the dancers hmmm.

Restaurant details: Andong Jjimdak is a Korean braised chicken dish in ganjang 간장 based sauce that originates from the city of Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province just as how the name suggests. There are varying speculations on the origin of the dish and the ingredients that goes into the dish as well depending on the vendor.

This one we had at Myeongdong is served with chicken thigh chunks, a variety of vegetables like leek, onions, radish and potatoes on top of a generous serving of the broad version of dangmyeon 당면(starch noodles). Slightly spicy and very yummy!

Directions:
Exit at Myeongdong Station (Subway Line 4), Exit 8. Walk straight and you see a small street with eateries on your left. Turn in the street. Walk straight ahead for 5 minutes and you will reach the shop.

Day 3
 EDIYA COFFEE for breakfast, awesomely good! Its anywhere and everywhere in Seoul.

From Gyeongbokgung we walk towards  Bukchon Hanok Village!
We came out from the National Folk Museum of Korea exit. From there cross the road and walk straight up.

I really wanted to buy all the toys back to Singapore but sadly its not for sale.

The downhill of Bukchon Hanok Village is Samcheongdong; a very artsy area with a lot of unique cafes and boutiques.
Directions:
Anguk Station (Subway Line 3), exit 2. Walk straight for approx. 700 m.
or
Gyeongbokgung Palace Station (Seoul Subway Line 3), exit 5. Walk 10-15 min along the stone wall of Gyeongbokgung Palace to the starting point of Samcheongdong Walkway.

Bukchon Hanok Village is home to hundreds of traditional houses called ‘hanok’ that date back to the Joseon Dynasty. Today, these hanoks operate as cultural centers, guesthouses, restaurants and tea houses.
Directions:
Anguk Station (Seoul Subway Line 3), exit 2. Go straight for about 300m to arrive at Bukchon Hanok Village.

Back to Myeongdong for dinner. This time we went to Jeonju Jungang Hoekwan (전주 중앙 회관/全州中央會館) for bibimbap!
 Bibimbap is essentially white rice topped with vegetables, meat, raw egg and gochujjang. One is suppose to stir all the ingredients, resulting in a bowl of red coloured mixed rice.  Dolsot bibimbap is even better,  in which the bibimbap is served in a hot stone bowl.
The meal is not cheap. bibimbap starting price is at 10,000won. Overall its delicious and the green bean pancake is awesome!

 Day 5
Myeongdong Gyoja, a noodle restaurant that has been in business for about 40 years. The restaurant is known for their knife-cut, handmade kalguksu noodles, which is its main menu item. It is served in a deep and flavourful broth with meat and vegetables.
Overall rating is awesome! I am so in love with the gyoja!

Day 5 is all about shopping. we went Lotte Town departmental/duty free outlet and I saw this! Mini star avenue. If you guys want to go to the original star avenue is located at Lotte World.

After all the shopping its time to feed our stomach.
This ugly looking sausage lookalike object is called Sundae, or Korean-style black pudding.  It is made of pig’s intestines stuffed with cellophane noodles, barley and pork blood. It typically costs around 5,000-6,000 won per serving. I actually like it first without knowing the ingredients but after I googled it, I'm like oh my god.......
